Our website does not intend to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless with the consent of parents or guardians. If you suspect that we have collected data from a minor without consent, please contact us via info@verguldekat.nl.

Retention period

Vergulde Kat does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary. We use a retention period of 90 days.

Vergulde Kat does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the execution of our agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with processors to ensure the same level of security.

We collect reviews via WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review, WebwinkelKeur will share your name and email address with us to link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur will publish your name on its own website and has taken appropriate measures to protect your data.
