Description
A powerful Black Orbicular Jasper sphere with deep, almost mysterious patterns - this 1,288-kg Wunderkammer sphere displays beautiful rings, fossil structures and dark gloss layers. A mineral object that fits perfectly within a cabinet of curiosities.
The sphere alternates dark black-brown areas with beige and brown-drawn ‘eye’ structures, typical of orbicular jasper. Subtle grey speckles and fossil-like patterns give the sphere an almost archaeological appearance. The surface is beautifully polished, with natural inclusions fully belonging to this rock.
