Origin & meaning
Martres-Tolosane, located in southern France, has been known for its colourful faïence since the 18th century. This pot is hand-decorated in the famous Oiseaux motif, featuring a slender ibis bird in vivid blue on white background. It is a wonderful example of the craftsmanship that made this region famous.

Height: 15 cm - Width: 17.5 cm.
Condition: excellent condition, including original lid and decorative double ears.
