Origin & meaning
The Longhair kachina is one of the most revered figures in Hopi tradition. He symbolises fertility, rain and abundance. The subdued facial expression, the feathers on the crown and the colourful painting make this specimen an impressive collector's item. Its role during dances emphasises the connection between man and nature, a core value of Hopi culture.

Condition: signs of age appropriate to age, otherwise flawless and with original paint.
